This policy explains what data Imagika collects when you use the Telegram bot and the website, why we collect it, and what choices you have.
1. Who we are
Imagika is operated by the team behind the @imagika_bot Telegram bot. Contact: hello@imagika.cc.
2. What we collect
From the Telegram bot, we receive your Telegram user ID, username (if set), language code, and the prompts and images you send. We also store generation history, credit balance and payment status linked to your Telegram ID. From the website, we collect aggregate analytics (page views, referrer, country at country level, device type) using a privacy-friendly analytics provider that does not set tracking cookies or share data with third parties. We do not request personal information on the website.
3. Why we collect it
To deliver the service (generate images, charge credits, handle support), to detect abuse, to comply with legal obligations, and to improve the product. We do not sell your data and we do not use your prompts or images to train AI models.
4. Sharing
Your prompts and any reference images are sent to the AI model provider that handles your request. Payment data is processed by Telegram and the underlying payment provider; we receive only the result (success/failure) and basic metadata. We do not share your data with advertisers.
5. Retention
We retain generation history for as long as your account is active so you can review past results. You can request deletion at any time by writing to hello@imagika.cc; we will delete your data within 30 days, except where we are required to keep it for legal or accounting reasons.
6. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export or delete your personal data, and to object to certain processing. To exercise any of these rights, email hello@imagika.cc from the address linked to your account, or message the bot.
7. Children
Imagika is not intended for children under 13 (or the minimum digital consent age in your country). We do not knowingly collect data from children. If you believe a child has used the bot, please contact us and we will delete the associated data.
8. Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data. No system is perfectly secure; if you discover a vulnerability, please disclose it responsibly to hello@imagika.cc.
9. Changes
We may update this policy. Material changes will be announced before they take effect. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent revision.
